Easy Chorizo Tacos Recipe 🌮
Makes 6–8 tacos
Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 packet La Preferida Chorizo Seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup water
-
Corn or flour tortillas
Optional toppings:
Shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sour cream, La Preferida Salsa Verde
Instructions
Prepare the meat:
In a large skillet, heat oil and brown the ground pork until no longer pink. Stir in the chorizo seasoning mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add water.
Simmer:
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
