Easy Chorizo Tacos Recipe 

Makes: 6-8 tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground pork
  • 1 pkt La Preferida Chorizo Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½  cup water
  • Corn or flour tortillas

Prepare the meat: In a large skillet, heat oil and brown the ground pork until no longer pink. Stir in chorizo seasoning, mix well for 30 seconds, and add water.

Cook the meat: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer 2-3 minutes.

Assemble Tacos: For each taco, spoon a few tablespoons of filling into the tortilla. Top with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Add onion and sour cream if desired. Top with salsa.
